A good surprise at breakfast
The room was much larger than anticipated, with a kettle and coffee-making facilities. The personalized breakfast service, with fresh dishes, was a lovely touch that showcased their attention to detail.
The hotel is situated a bit far from the city center was great. While we enjoyed the spacious room, the city views were less picturesque, overlooking a bustling road and a rail freight yard, which affected the ambiance.

Quite air conditioning and very well equiped bathroom.
Breaklfast quite basic and the same each day. Only one cup of coffee allowed for, we British tend to drink a few cups at that time of day.

Reception staff very helpful; room was clean and air-conditioned; breakfast was about what you might have expected in Bulgaria.
No restaurant to eat in so needed to find suitable places elsewhere (staff were helpful here). Also situated on a busy main road so if you are not already aware of this from a map (which I was) then it may come as a surprise! It was however, well situated for the main south bus station and slightly further, the railway station (I was not using a hire car).

This hotel is a complete disaster, I expected a 5-star experience yet got an awful mattress and no air freshener for my sensitive nose, what's next? Oh and the breakfast was just sad, with barely any choices. I also deserved a room upgrade, but I guess being a VIP doesn't mean anything here! I just couldn't recommend it.

Modern and spacious rooms with excellent reception service.
The location is on a busy boulevard, and the windows do not provide adequate noise isolation. If you're a light sleeper, as I am, expect a sleepless night due to the constant noise outside. The breakfast options were quite limited and underwhelming, leaving much to be desired.

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, very clean, and I appreciated the prompt laundry service. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay!
The breakfast options were quite limited and could definitely use some improvement.

Particularly good and absolutely perfect location for our visit to Cultural Center Trakart a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. Large room with bath, kingsize beds, for example. Fast check-in and fast check-out, parking nearby.

What a nice surprise! The check-in was fast and professional. The room was larger than expected, very well-lit, and comfortably decorated. The bed was super cozy, and I had a lovely stay overall. I'd definitely recommend it!
